This policy applies to purchases made through the Wisefab USA online store. The seller and contracting party is Wisefab OÜ.

1. Standard Returns

Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days after delivery unless an exception below applies. To request a return, contact usasales@wisefab.com with your name, order number and the product or products concerned.

Returned products must be in new, resalable condition and should include the original packaging, accessories and documentation where reasonably possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a standard return unless Wisefab agrees otherwise.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery or otherwise made non-resalable are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Custom-made or specially modified products manufactured to the customer's specifications are also non-returnable when supplied as ordered. Items clearly identified as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from standard returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a standard change-of-mind return unless required by law or agreed by Wisefab. We may wait to issue a refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, arrives damaged, is missing or is not the product ordered, contact usasales@wisefab.com promptly with the order number and details of the issue. Where Wisefab is responsible, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law and any applicable written warranty.

Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect. Motorsport components may experience accelerated wear and fatigue due to repeated loads, impacts, wheel hop, vibration, heat, track conditions and vehicle setup. Damage caused after delivery by incorrect installation, accidents, impacts, inadequate maintenance, misuse or unauthorized modification is not considered a manufacturing defect unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. California and Other State Rights

This policy is intended to clearly disclose our return and refund conditions. Nothing in this policy limits warranty rights, remedies for defective goods or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived under California or other applicable U.S. law.
