These Terms apply to purchases made through the Wisefab USA online store. The seller, payment recipient and contracting party is Wisefab OÜ, registry code 12081892, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia. Wisefab maintains a U.S. customer service and fulfillment location in Ontario, California.

These Terms should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

1. Products and Orders

Wisefab supplies performance automotive and motorsport components. Product specifications, compatibility information and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. The customer is responsible for selecting a product suitable for the intended vehicle and application. If compatibility is uncertain, please contact us before ordering.

An order is subject to acceptance by Wisefab OÜ. We may refuse or cancel an order where fulfillment is impossible or unlawful, including payment failure, suspected fraud, export restrictions, product unavailability or an obvious pricing or technical error. Payments for orders cancelled by us will be refunded where applicable.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout where required. Payments are collected by Wisefab OÜ.

3. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and defective or non-conforming products are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Motorsport Products and Installation

Many Wisefab products are intended for motorsport, competition, track use or modified vehicles and may be exposed to unusually high loads, impacts, vibration, heat, fatigue and accelerated wear.

Component life depends on installation, maintenance, vehicle setup, engine output, tires, track conditions, driving style, impacts and frequency of use. Motorsport components should be inspected regularly and replaced when signs of damage, excessive wear or fatigue are found.

Wear, fatigue or failure during motorsport use does not by itself establish that a product was defective when sold. Damage caused by incorrect installation or adjustment, insufficient maintenance, accidents, impacts, misuse, incompatible components or unauthorized modification is not considered a manufacturing defect unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Safety-critical suspension, steering and drivetrain components should be installed by a suitably competent person. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, technical requirements and competition rules.

5. Warranties and Liability

Products are subject to any written warranty expressly provided and to warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive statutory warranty rights that may apply under U.S. federal or state law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisefab OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or use outside the intended application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wisefab name, trademarks, logos, product designs, drawings, photographs, technical materials and website content are owned by Wisefab OÜ or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and sales contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to a customer under U.S. federal law or the law of the customer's state of residence.

Questions or complaints may be sent to usasales@wisefab.com. The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes directly before pursuing formal remedies. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court or remedy available under mandatory applicable law.
